The Detroit Fashion Community hosted an intimate ‘Members Only’ networking social event at the ISAIC Industrial Sewing And Innovation Center with special guest, Marv Neal.

The Detroit Fashion Community wanted to take a more intimate and appreciative approach to its monthly networking event while still providing relevant resources and exclusive experiences to its members. The benefits of a DFC Membership were on full display at the first DFC Connects exclusively open to members of the Detroit Fashion Community.

This month’s DFC Connects was an intimate ‘Members Only’ networking social event at ISAIC Industrial Sewing And Innovation Center in Downtown Detroit.

On June 7, members of the Detroit Fashion Community were granted an exclusive tour of ISAIC’s cutting-edge manufacturing facility and workspace with a first look at some of their newest industry-leading technology. In addition to networking and sharing resources, thanks to our generous sponsor Greg Blackwell of Farmers Insurance, the DFC was able to award DFC member, Jordan Mitchell, with $1,000. Also joining the DFC for the evening as a special guest was Fashion Stylist and Creative Director, Marv Neal who also lent his industry expertise to our members.
